Yellow Rose Awards

Yellow Rose Awards are given to recognize those properties that help to add to the beauty and aesthetic value of the Eastchester community through plant design, attractive landscaping, decorative enhancement of property, continued good property maintenance, and architectural improvements to store fronts and buildings. Awards are also granted to groups and individuals for outstanding service to the community through work that fulfills the mission of EBF.

2018-2019 Yellow Rose Awards

 Legacy Award
 Recognizes a history of long term outstanding aesthetic standards met by a property in the community or a person who has made their mark by continued support of the mission of EBF.

Grand Yellow Rose Award 
 Awards in recognition of major architectural and/or significant planting projects by local businesses, commercial properties and Town Departments; and in recognition of outstanding individual volunteer service to EBF and the community.  

 Classic Yellow Rose Award
 Awards that acknowledge any of the following: ongoing attractive good maintenance of property; new planting, signs and architectural details; and contribution of service, time and materials.

 Planter Partnership
 Recognition for working with EBF to help upgrade a property or properties
with new planters and plantings.
