Since 1971, when EBF was incorporated as a nonprofit organization, it has been dedicated to the beautification of the Town of Eastchester. EBF has worked to improve parks, advocate for green space, purchase street furniture, and plant flowers and shrubs for the Town. We also work with the Town Boards, Departments and Committees, neighborhoods and businesses in town to recommend improvements to signs, buildings and plantings throughout town.
